Founder’s Building & Pavilion

Situated behind the Town Hall, The Pavilion at Indian Springs Village is a spacious covered picnic area accommodating approximately 75 guests. Adjacent to the pavilion, our Founder’s Building provides a versatile venue suitable for meetings and parties up to 35 guests.

As a special privilege offered by the town, ISV residents may reserve these facilities for a nominal fee of $105, which contributes to maintenance costs and supports the preservation of this facility.

Complete your reservation request using the form below. All rentals must be completed online and must be paid for online by credit or debit card only. Calling or e-mailing does not secure rental. Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days in advance. Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Access to the Founder’s Building & Pavilion is facilitated via a key located in a lockbox on the middle pavilion pole facing the building. The Town Clerk will provide the code, and the code will only be given to the renter/rentee the week of your event.

RULES FOR THE USE OF THE FOUNDER’S BUILDING AND PAVILION

1. All doors must be unlocked during use per Fire Department.
2. No alcoholic beverages allowed.
3. No smoking allowed.
4. Only ISV residents may reserve the facilities, and must host the event, be present during the time of the reservation, supply the payment, and accept responsibility for the event.
5. To reserve facility, must be a homeowner in ISV or resident at least 25 years of age.
6. A $105 rental fee will be charged.
7. No loud music and no loud amplified sound.
8. No night outside parties allowed except on Friday or Saturday nights and must end no later than 9pm.
9. Maximum occupancy is 35 for the Founder’s Building, outside is 75 people.
10. 50 car limit unless preapproved.
11. Evening events cannot be scheduled on Tuesdays or the third Thursday of the month.
12. Access to the Founder’s Building & Pavilion is facilitated via a key located in a lockbox on the middle pavilion pole facing the building. The Town Clerk will provide the code, and the code will only be given to the renter/rentee the week of your event.
13. No items will be furnished by ISV other than use of tables and chairs in storage room of the Founder’s Building if needed, but these must be returned in the same condition and place that you retrieved them from. No items belonging to ISV can be removed from the premises.
14. Other than the folding chairs and folding tables in storage, no furniture should be moved.
15. No decorations will be fastened to the walls, windows, or ceiling.
16. No open flames are allowed inside either building or on the grounds with the exception of the BBQ pit.
17. The facility must be cleaned and returned to the condition in which you found it. Please See Cleaning Instructions (PDF):
18. Turn all lights off, lock all doors and adjust thermostat before leaving. Winter months leave heat on 68, and in summer, AC on 72.
19. Remove all trash to the dumpster at the rear of the Town Hall. If full, please take your trash with you.
20. No parking or driving on or over the bridge behind pavilion without permission. Parking is allowed on grass beside and behind the Town Hall.
21. No pets.
22. Children must be supervised at all times.
23. A resident cannot hold more than one active reservation at a time. Reservations limited to 6 months into the future.
24. Picnic tables at the pavilion cannot be moved or reconfigured and no stapling to tables allowed.
25. No decorations can be fastened to the siding or roof of the pavilion.
26. Do not remove hot coal/ashes from barbeque pit. Remove only cold ashes that are present, each subsequent user is responsible for removal of previous user’s ashes. Please dispose of cold ashes in the dumpster.
27. Do not burn paper, trash, etc. in the barbeque pit.
28. Campfires, bonfires or any fire outside of the barbeque pit itself are strictly prohibited.
29. Facilities can’t be used for personal profit activities.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wipe down all countertop surfaces and stove cooktop with warm soapy water. Dish cloths and detergent are located under the sink.
2. Sweep floors and wipe up any spills. Brooms and dustpans are located in storage room at the Founder’s Building & Pavilion. Cleaning products are near or under the sink.
3. Remove all trash to the dumpster. Trash bags are located in the storage room and are marked for large outside cans or inside cans.
4. Make sure pavilion tables and serving areas are clean and any debris on pavilion floor or grounds are removed.

Security cameras are in place throughout and can be reviewed by any Town Official.
